Shipping rates:
Free delivery on all orders above ₹650.
Below ₹650, a charge of ₹100 per shipment is applicable.
Processing / Dispatches:
All products are thoughtfully hand-crafted by our small team at our store in maharashtra. We strive to ensure each order is curated with care.
All orders typically require a processing time of 2-5 business days before dispatch. This timeframe allows us to carefully create and prepare your items. Once processed, delivery time will vary based on your location.
During the holidays and major promotions, shipping may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed for the shipment, and customers will receive a mail message stating that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number.
If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this by emailing our team at sales@themaevastore.com. Please note that all orders typically require a processing time of 2-5 business days before dispatch. Once your parcel is shipped, we cannot reroute it. If we are unable to meet your delivery requirements, we will notify you.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of The Maeva Store, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we deliver within 3-5 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email you after your order is sent to our delivery partner
We only use reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post.
